| Aguilar was drafted in the 27th round by San Francisco out of high school in Livingston, Calif., and again by the Giants after his freshman season at Merced J.C., this time in the eighth round. However, he waited and then was forced to undergo Tommy John surgery in 2005. However, the Brewers selected him in the 30th round of the June '05 draft. He pitched sparingly in Arizona in 2006 but started his strong run with 7 wins and 9 saves at West Virginia in '07. In 2008, he dominated at Brevard County (3-0 and 0.35 ERA) and then went 0-3, 3.08 at Huntsville. |
